MD Buyline wanted to increase sales by improving its sales force’s effectiveness in reaching hospital administrators and in delivering a more persuasive message.

Sales Channel Development

Masimo Corporation was a start up company taking on industry giant Tyco/Nellcor in an attempt to wrest some of their 70% market share away, despite Tyco’s 20 year head start and multi-billion dollar installed base.

New Product Rollout

Viasys Healthcare sought to introduce several new products into the Anesthesia market, despite having no installed base in this area. Additionally, these products were unlike any previously sold by Viasys, with a heavy disposables revenue base that required a financial sale to administration—something the Viasys sales groups had no experience doing.

Market Research/Sales Training

Philips Medical Systems sought to jumpstart its supplies business with the introduction of a new line of pulse oximetry products including new technology and a new line of disposable and reusable sensors. This required in-depth market research, aggressive product positioning and a comprehensive sales process.
