Management 101
This
course recognizes that the best reps don’t always make the best managers—at
least not without training and preparation. It begins with an overview of
what management is all about—teaching, coaching, motivation and leadership.
Drew’s own experience with making the leap to management as well as
his history of promoting members of his own team provides interesting, meaningful
anecdotes and offers up a pertinent list of Do’s and Don’ts.
This course is essential preparation for the inexperienced manager. Coursework
includes:

- How to build a team (selection/training)
- Creating and managing a sales process
- Coaching and critiquing
- Leadership
- Goal-setting and management
- Accountability, yours and theirs

- Promoting your team
